Terms of use.
These terms apply when you browse this portfolio. They keep a personal project site understandable without pretending it is a regulated service or a substitute for professional advice.
Purpose of the site
This website presents my background, selected projects, services and ways to contact me. Project descriptions are portfolio summaries, not guarantees that a prototype is suitable for production, safety-critical use or your particular situation. Each case study states its important evidence and product boundaries.
Permitted use
You may view and link to public pages for lawful personal, educational or professional purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its security controls, probe it without authorisation, impersonate me, misrepresent a prototype as an operational service, or reuse the site in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Ownership and project materials
Unless a linked repository states otherwise, the portfolio's original writing, visual design and presentation remain mine. Open-source project code is governed by the licence in its own repository. Product names, company names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
External services and availability
Links to repositories, social profiles and live projects are provided for convenience. I do not control their availability, content or security. I may update, move or remove portfolio content at any time, and uninterrupted access is not promised.
No warranty or professional advice
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Its content is general information and is not legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for losses caused by relying on portfolio summaries, unavailable third-party sites or uses that fall outside a project's documented boundary.
Changes, law and contact
Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, subject to any consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions can be sent through LinkedIn.
